How to place an order with YukonGrow

  • How do I place an order with YukonGrow? 

    1. YukonGrow is an online store and as such offers an easy 3-step ordering process as described below. At this time, no brick-and-mortar location exists for visiting or in-store shopping ‒although this might change in the future; stay tuned!

    3. Step 1. Choose your items

      Browse our offer, click on products or services to learn more, adjust size of product or option of service, and press the 'Add to Cart' button to choose your purchases. A link to your cart is at the top of the page. Once you have finished browsing, click the 'Cart' button. In the 'Shopping Cart' window, you can review your order, adjust quantities, and then press the 'Checkout' button.

        Step 2. Checkout
              • Enter your contact info and address

                  At checkout, enter an email or mobile phone number which we will use to keep you posted with email/SMS notifications until completion of trade. Also enter a physical address to generate tailor-made options for taking reception of your order (hint: no need to enter your real adress if you will choose a pick-up option ‒just use a generic one in Whitehorse).

                      • Select how you want to take reception of your order

                          Next, select the option you want for taking reception of your order; options and costs are generated automatically considering cart and distance of physical adress from our downtown location in Whitehorse.

                        1. Market Pick-up is free. Available May-June in Whitehorse (Fireweed market on Thursdays) and Mount Lorne (LMCC, sporadic events). Click here for calendar. Hopefully soon in other Yukon and neighbouring communities as well! Order must be in no less than the night before the market. Take reception on your time during market hours ‒just meet us at YukonGrow booth and we will hand it out to you in the parking lot. If you can, please bring your confirmation email/SMS when you come to collect your order. Superbags and whole pallets not available on market pick-up due to weight and dimensions.

                        2. Curbside Pick-Up is $15 per order. Available any day 9:00am-5:00pm except statutory holidays. Order can typically be made available for curbside pick-up within 1-2 days of placing the order ‒we will keep you posted with an email/SMS notification when your order is ready for pick-up. Reply to the email notification or give us a call or send an SMS at 867-689-8490 to set a meeting time for pick-up. Take reception outside the building at our downtown location in Whitehorse at Northlight Innovation (2180 2nd Avenue, same parking lot as the Liquor Store). Please do not come inside the building; we will bring the order to you in the parking lot. If you can, please bring your confirmation email/SMS when you come to collect your order. Superbags and whole pallets are not available on curbside pick-up due to weight and dimensions.

                        3. YukonGrow Delivery/Transport is available anywhere in Yukon and neighbouring communities for any product of any format (maximum 2 superbags per order/delivery). Simply provide a physical adress for drop location and we will deliver at your doorstep or wherever you may like. Click here for logistics and price chart. We will keep you posted with an email/SMS notification when your order is ready and to set a delivery time. Don't hesitate to reply to the email notification or give us a call or send an SMS at 867-689-8490 to provide further details on specific drop point or instructions.
                        4. Alternatively, a third-party shipping (e.g. UPS, Canada Post, FexEx) or expediting service (e.g. A1, Small's, Manitoulin, PNW) can be hired ‒connect with us to discuss.
                                When you are done, press the 'Continue to Payment' button.

                                    Step 3. Payment

                                    Follow the instructions to complete your transaction. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, Paypal, ShopPay, e-transfer, and gift cards. Click here for details.
                                  1. All payment information is encrypted during transfer over networks, protecting your privacy. You will receive an email/SMS notification confirming your order when you have successfully submitted it. Your card will not be charged immediately at checkout. We will only charge your card once your order is fulfilled, including confirmation of the availability of all your items.
                                  2. You will receive another email/SMS notification with pick-up or delivery details when your order is ready.
