What are the options for taking receipt of my order?

Options to take receipt of an order with YukonGrow

A variety of pickup, delivery and shipping options are available to take receipt of YukonGrow orders.

 

Pickup

      Choose the available option that best suits your needs. Bookings open starting the day after which the order is put in (needs to be in by midnight).

          Curbside pickup at Northlight Innovation. Available year-round Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Handling fees modulated by (sub)total of the order.
          Handling fees [$0-15] modulated by (sub)total of the order: Waived (free) for orders above $150, $10 for orders between $100 and $150, and $15 for orders lower than $100. We will meet you outside the building at set time (same parking lot as the Liquor Store and Subway downtown Whitehorse). Superbags and whole pallets not available on pickup / only available through Delivery (YukonGrow) or Shipping (Freight) due to weight and dimensions.
            Special pickup north of town. Available year-round Mon-Fri 5pm-7pm and weekends 9am-5pm. Exact location to your choice within 30 km north of downtown Whitehorse along Alaska hwy going up Mayo rd. Please contact us with the exact location of your choice (e.g. rest areas at Mayo rd. cutoff, Takhini gas station, corner of Burma rd.). Handling fees modulated by (sub)total of the order.

            Fireweed Community Market. Available May-June Thur 3-7pm. Free.
              Swing by our booth at the market (Shipyards Park) anytime between 3 and 7pm and we will bring the order to you in the parking lot when you're ready. Superbags and whole pallets not available on pickup / only available through Delivery (YukonGrow) or Shipping (Freight) due to weight and dimensions.
                Mount Lorne Spring/Summer Market. Available May 14 11am-2pm; other dates in May-June tbd. Free.
                  Swing by our booth at the market (Mount Lorne Community Centre) anytime between 11am and 2pm and we will bring the order to you in the parking lot when you're ready. Superbags and whole pallets not available on pickup / only available through Delivery (YukonGrow) or Shipping (Freight) due to weight and dimensions.

                  Hopefully other market pickup options will be available soon in other Yukon and neighbouring communities as well! Don’t hesitate to reach out and signal your interest. Any help in making it happen cost-effectively for everyone is much appreciated.

                       

                        Delivery

                        Enter the drop location's postal code, and the cheapest available option will populate. Bookings open starting the day after which the order is put in (order needs to be in by midnight) depending on distance from our downtown location in Whitehorse.

                          YukonGrow Delivery. Available year-round daily except Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am-5pm anywhere in Yukon and neighbouring communities. Fees modulated by distance.
                            Superbags and whole pallets only available through this option or Shipping (Freight). Maximum 2 Superbags or pallets per delivery; if need be, please put other order(s) in for subsequent items.
                              Hotshot Delivery. Available May-August all week 9am-5pm within 50 km of our downtown location in Whitehorse. Flat fee of $25 (often cheaper than YukonGrow Delivery).
                                Often the cheaper option for smaller items within 50 km of our downtown location in Whitehorse. Superbags and whole pallets not available on hotshot delivery / only available through Delivery (YukonGrow) or Shipping (Freight) due to weight and dimensions.

                                At checkout, simply complete the drop location's physical address and we will deliver at your doorstep or wherever you may like. You don't have to be home or sign off any paperwork to take receipt, but don't hesitate to enter delivery instructions before checkout, and you can physically mark an 'X' at the exact location you want the order dropped ‒for instance with a chalk or with two garden tools crossed onto one another.

                                 

                                  Shipping

                                    Place your order in and we will follow-up with you to make the arrangements and for shipping fees (not Free). We will not capture payment or accept the order until arrangements are made. Alternatively, feel free to shop around and contact us before placing the order. Arrangements can be made to ship anywhere in Yukon and neighbouring communities, for any product or quantities. Often cheaper than YukonGrow Delivery for drop locations beyond 50 km of our downtown location in Whitehorse. For instance small items are often cheaper to be shipped through parcel service (e.g. UPS, Canada Post, FexEx), and Superbags are often cheaper to be shipped through freight service (e.g. A1, Small's, Blu's, Manitoulin, PNW).
