How to Order and Take Reception

  • Place your order
  • Browse our offer, click on products to learn more, and press the 'Add to Cart' button to choose your purchases.
  • Checkout
  • A link to your cart is at the top. Once you have finished browsing, click the 'Cart' button. In the 'Shopping Cart' window you can review your order and adjust quantities. When you are done press the 'Checkout' button.
  • Contact info
  • At checkout, enter an email or mobile phone number. We will keep you posted with email/SMS notifications until completion of trade.
  • Taking Reception: select Delivery or Curbside Pick Up
  • - Delivery: available anywhere in Yukon and neighboring communities; click here for logistics and fees. In checkout, enter an address for the drop point location and any specific delivery instruction. Press the 'Continue to Delivery' button and choose the 'Delivery Method' option that suits your needs. Alternatively, you can request that we follow-up with you to discuss the options. When you are done press the 'Continue to Payment' button.
  • - Curbside Pick Up: available usually within 24 hr of order Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm outside the building at our downtown location in Whitehorse; click here for logistics and fees. When you are done press the 'Continue to Payment' button.
  • Payment
  • Follow the instructions to complete your transaction. We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and AmericanExpress) as well as ShopPay (Shopify), GPay (Google) and PayPal. All payment information is encrypted during transfer over networks. You will receive an email/SMS notification confirming your order when you have successfully submitted it.
  • Fullfillment
  • At the time of checkout your card will not be charged. We will only charge your card once your order was fulfilled, including with confirmation of availability of all your items. You will receive an email/SMS notification with delivery or pick up details when your order was suceessfully fullfilled.
