For indoor plants, gently work 30ml (2 tbsp) of product into soil one week before flowering. For outdoor plants, apply 30ml (2 tbsp) to soil when plants are beginning to flower. Continue with weekly applications until one week prior to harvest. Premium ingredients include basalt rock dust, meals, fossilized carbon complex, glacial rock dust, greensand, gypsum, insect frass, kelp meal, and more.
